Warning: can’t open config file: /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf

When you use openssl generate certificate in windows, you may receive this error

To quick resolve it, just type the following command in command prompt:

set OPENSSL_CONF=THE_FULL_PATH_TO_Openssl.cnf

Normally, this file is located in the openssl installation bin directory.

    Openssl.cnf is not there in bin directory..
